Services Provided

OReviVAL Mob Services offers mobile IV therapy and wellness treatments designed to support hydration, recovery, and overall well-being. Our services are provided by trained professionals but do not replace medical treatment or diagnosis by a licensed physician.

Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:
✅ You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
✅ You have disclosed all relevant medical history to our team before treatment.
✅ You understand that IV therapy is voluntary, and you assume any associated risks.

  • Booking: Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

    • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) are non-refundable.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are required at the time of booking.

  • Refunds are processed based on our Refund Policy (see separate policy).

Liability Waiver

  • By receiving our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You release OReviVAL Mob Services from any liability related to treatment, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

  • Your personal information is confidential and protected under our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
